Our state-of-the-art facility is also perfect for birthday parties or renting the whole place for your next event. Cost: $100 a month
**You can work out as much as possible at our facility during working hours.
**Use of all pitching machines
**Use of the ground ball machine for defensive drills
**Use of the HitTrax machine for games or personal stat/record-keeping
**Use of Rapsado for pitching stats
**Use of all arm care equipment: J-bands, plyo balls on the plyo walls
**Use of our open area for long toss or simply playing catch
**Use our workout equipment: sleds, weights, jump boxes, tires, ropes, etc..
The choices are many, and it is all up to you! We offer free open sessions to all our members every week; it is our way of giving back! Our coaches are there during each session to provide instructional tips, helping each child learn the game's proper mechanics and mental aspects.
Here are our "open sessions."
** Tuesdays: Softball hitting/fielding + pitching/ catching
** Wednesdays: Baseball pitching + catching
** Thursdays: Baseball hitting + fielding
Our open sessions are available to non-members for $30.00 per session, which can add up quickly. For example, attending one session per week for four weeks is $120 for the month. Alternatively, you can rent one cage for $35 per hour. If you use the cage once a week, that would total $140 per month. However, if you become a member for $100, you can use our facilities unlimitedly from open to close daily.
